Can I change the order of the stops after Optimizing? The "Go Here" Option after optimizing and starting the route

There are a couple of ways to rearrange the stops after optimization but none of them are manual. Since changing the optimized route will defeat the purpose of the process. You can still choose if you want to go to a certain stop first instead of what is being suggested by the optimization algorithm. Please follow the video below to see how you can use the "Go Here" function of the app to override the optimization.
